In this system, which is used in the halls of shooting ranges, a completely massive surface is provided on the ground. The fact that it is very easy to clean and hygienic is one of the reasons why this system is preferred. Thus, the powder of gunpowder adhering to the floor will be easily removed. The floor is preferred in military green, red or light gray.
Firstly, PTE-EX-101 Epoxy primer material is applied to the concrete floor, which is free from all kinds of dirt, dust and moisture, with the help of a roll of 0.200 kg / m².
After the primer layer, a rubber plate measuring 50x50cm or 100x50cm with a thickness of 40mm is glued to the floor by applying 1 Kg PTP-PU 100 2K Polyurethane adhesive per square meter.
Rubber material should be selected in such a way as not to bounce and swallow the bullet cores. The resulting black colored layer is filled with a pore filler material called PTP-PU 200 Pu 2K Flexible paste.
PTP-PU 200 Pu 2K Flexible putty is used about 1.50 kg per square meter. If necessary, sanding is performed after the putty layer dries.
A polyurethane layer is created using a 2K Flexible Floor of 2,200 kg PTP-PU 300 Pu 2K per square meter with a thickness of 2 mm on top of the putty layer.
After the polyurethane layer dries, a polyurethane based, eye friendly, PTP-PU 400 Pu 2K matte top coat of paint is applied again.
After the final coat of paint has dried, the lines of the desired color are drawn and the site is ready for use.
It should be checked that the relative humidity is no more than 4% and the compressive strength is 225 kg/cm on the concrete floor to be coated.If there are insulation problems that may cause oil or relative moisture pressure on the floor, they should be fixed. If the floor is considered suitable for a rigid and impermeable coating, epoxy or polyurethane floor coating should be started to the construction stage.
Preparation of the Concrete Surface
The low-strength sorbet layer and mortar residues on the concrete surface should be scraped off by mechanical methods, pores and capillary spaces should be made visible and cleaned of dust.
If there are damaged joints, shrinkage cracks and cracks caused by building sittings in the area where the coating will be applied, they should be expanded in a ‘V’ shape and filled with Epoxy Mortar. Concrete wiping (diamond-Grinding), concrete milling (rototiger), sandblasting (shot-blast) machines should be preferred among the machines that are most suitable for the structure of the reinforced concrete floor to be Decked, surface preparation should be made, the dust released during the process should be removed from the area without spreading around with a vacuum cleaner.
Polyurethane (Synthetic Sports Floor System), which is Hygienic, Economical, Long-Lasting, which can be applied for Fitness, Children's Playgrounds, Multi-Purpose Gym Floor Systems on a made of concrete, is applied in the range of 6mm to 43mm in accordance with its purpose. On the concrete floor, PTP-PU 100 2K Pu Rubber Adhesive is applied to the floor with a trowel and rubber plates are glued on it (1.00 Kg/M²). Then, rubber and pore cavities are filled with PTP-PU 200 2K Pu Putty (0.70 Kg/M²). Subsequently, it is applied with PU material special tools that constitute a double-component self-leveling PTP-PU 300 polyurethane elastomer in the between of 2mm-3mm thickness suitable for its intended purpose (2.00 Kg/M²).. after 24/48 hours of drying time, it is coated with PTP-500 Polyurethane Sports Matte paint (0.20 Kg/M²). After the 24-hour waiting period, the field lines are drawn and the ground is made ready for sports activities.

PTR-RUB synthetic flooring material is a waterproof, suitable for all sports and walking paths played with a ball, and a long-lasting flooring material that can be applied on both asphalt and concrete floors.
Application:
Asphalt or concrete floors whose slopes are given correctly are first of all cleaned from all kinds of dust, dirt and moisture.
Then a layer of primer (PTR-RC 102) is applied to the floor with the help of rolls (150 Gr/M²). It is the layer that allows the primary floor and the floor covering material to be tightly connected to each other. After the drying of the primary layer, the casting process of the SBR granules layer with a thickness of 8 mm, which is the first stage of application, is performed. First, SBR rubber granules of 1-3mm caliber are mixed with polyurethane bynder (PTR-RC 102) at a rate of 18%. in order to obtain 8mm thickness from SBR granules of 1-3mm caliber, 6 kg granules should be used per square meter. The drying time of the formed 8mm thick black color SBR granular layer is approximately 10-15 hours. During this time, the floor should definitely not be entered.
EXAMPLE: 50 KG SBR GRANULE + 9 KG PTR-RC102
After curing is completed, EPDM granules with a thickness of 1-3mm are mixed with a aliphatic or aromatic polyurethane bynder (PTR-RC 102 – PTR-RC 103) at a rate of 20% and laid on a black layer with a thickness of 5 mm. to obtain a thickness of 5 mm with EPDM of 1-3mm caliber, 5 kg of EPDM should be used per square meter. Thus, your multi-purpose field with a total thickness of 13mm will be prepared.
EXAMPLE: 50 KG EPDM GRANULE + 10 KG PTR-RC 102 – PTR-RC 103

It is suitable for all sports games played in outdoor conditions.
Application
- The concrete floor is cleaned from dust and dirt with a compressed air compressor.
- PTP-PU 601 polyurethane primer is applied to the cleaned surface with the help of a roller or rubber squeegee so that it consumes 0.15-0.20 kg/m² and silica sand is sprinkled on it.
- It is necessary to wait 24 hours for the primed floor.
-PTA-FLEX 010 acrylic filler material (Resurfacer) is applied as 0.40- 0.50 Kg/m² 1 coat on the primed floor.
- After the filling coating process, the coating process is performed by applying PTA-FLEX 030 acrylic color solid 0.80-1.00 kg/m² in 2 layers.
- After the color solid application process, PTA-FLEX 040 acrylic line paint is applied in 2 layers of the desired game lines, making the field ready to play and the application is completed.
The field can be opened for playing 24 hours after the end of the application.
